To combine a range of data sets relating to areas most at risk during a range of natural disasters (flooding, fire, etc), with demographic data on those most at risk within those areas such as the elderly and those with disabilities.

The aim is also to be able to link at risk members of the community with other individuals in their area who may be able to provide assistance/services in the event of an emergency situation.

How did you use this data in your entry?: 
Data used to obtain flood risk assessment metrics for each locality, with the overall AAD rating used to colour code the localities based on risk.

Used to produce Google Maps polygon overlays for display of locality regions and impact. Liased with mentor/data custodian Michale Dixon (Group Manager, Production and Customer Services, PSMA) to obtain mapping between Statistical Area Level 2 (SA2) to GNAF/Locality PIDs for better utilisation of statistical data.
